What an amazing store! Like a candy shop for dads. Not for candy, obviously, but dads don't get excited about candy. They get excited about cooking a delicious roast. This is such a great asset to have in SCV. Where else can you get this kind of variety of meats and cuts? Everywhere else you're limited to one producer, 5 cuts of beef, 4 of pork. Wild Fork offers every option you can think up (more than I can, actually) from 10 cuts of lamb, buffalo, you name it - and then says "would you like that from a US farm? An Argentinian ranch? Maybe you'd prefer it New Zealand raised? I swear I'm surprised Mr Wonka doesn't come out and lead you in a song about marinades and dry rubs. Add to that the price is better than anywhere besides maybe Costco (Costco's great value, obviously, but no variety at all). As long as you aren't cooking the same day, Wild Fork is the place to go. Can't recommend enough!

Super, super clean, staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their product selection is vast with items I've never seen in most stores. Items including frozen fruits are less expensive than other markets and the meats look and taste fresher than anywhere I've shopped!

Wild Fork is an amazing market. Honestly, I was shocked at the variety of meat and poultry available and couldn’t believe the reasonable prices for such good quality. The Tri Tip is highly recommended. It’s spiced perfectly for easy meal preparation. I cooked one in just under an hour in the oven; it was tender, juicy and delicious. I’ve never been to a market with such a selection of exotic meats. There is also a good variety of frozen prepared foods and desserts. The market is spic and span clean. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. Seriously, If you haven’t given Wild Fork a try, you should.

This store is my new favorite find in Santa Clarita. What makes it so special is Neal! Neal is very educated on all the meat options. He suggested a bunch of great items. Below is the picture of some of the ground beef and FYI it's amazing. But made into burgers with homemade garlic butter using the frozen butter cubes he suggested. A+ rating for the food and A++ rating for the service from Neal.

I recently visited Wild Fork, and I am beyond impressed! This brand new store in the SCV is a meat lover's paradise. They have an incredible variety of meats ranging from the traditional beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and fish to more exotic options like rabbit, alligator, yak, and bison. My personal favorite is their selection of Wagyu steaks and other beef cuts. They even have A5 Wagyu alongside more affordable grades. The pricing is quite fair, especially considering the extensive selection they offer. During my visit, I purchased a boneless turkey breast and some Wagyu ground beef, which I'm excited to throw on the smoker soon. The staff at Wild Fork was exceptional and very helpful. Liz assisted me and was amazing. She patiently showed me various cuts of meat and answered all my questions. Just a heads-up, all the meats here are sold frozen. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. I'm thrilled that this store has opened in the SCV. Highly recommend Wild Fork to all meat enthusiasts!
